As a licensed marital and family therapist, I have years of experience working with individuals, couples and families faced with a wide variety of challenges and life cycle transitions. I offer a supportive, empathic and nonjudgmental environment in which to discover, heal and grow. My approach is individualized, holistic, solution-focused and collaborative. Together, we will create a plan to help you reach your goals and overcome challenges. With you as the expert on yourself, my role is to provide you with insight, strategies, coaching and tools. My goal is to help you feel empowered and motivated to reach your full potential.
Welcome…to a warm and caring environment where we can work together. If you need help sorting out issues, for example, of anxiety, depression, grief, or career or relationship challenges, or if a situation is just too much to face alone right now, we can work through it. For all clients, I emphasize open communication and a judgment free zone to achieve results in the areas of emotional growth, mental health, and peace of mind. I graduated from Western Connecticut State University, Danbury, CT, with a BA in Social Sciences and an MS in Counseling. I also hold an MBA degree in Organizational Development from Upper Iowa University.
